Suspension and being held

Being held floating, like a yolk in albumen. Working with these materials I remind myself again, through these processes, that I care about these materials that relate to care, and discard, and that the combinations of their material qualities brings new thinking my way. And they are materials of care; albumen supporting the yolk, and mud from a sometime polluted rhyne in a landscape of waste processing. I have the image of my hands holding the albumen, as a the albumen would hold the yolk. Supporting, providing protection to enable growth, being a material alongside, an enabler.
